In partnership with the University of Washington Center for Educational Leadership (UW-CEL) and attorney Barb Ruga from Clark Hill, PLC, MASSP has created the state-required posting and assurances document to be used by Michigan School Districts that have adopted CEL's teacher evaluation system.
This document has been created with the express purpose of meeting the posting and assurances requirements of MCL 380.1249(3). UW-CEL has reviewed and authorized use of it in Michigan. Additionally, Clark Hill, PLC has vetted and endorsed this document, as published, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

As a service to Michigan school districts, intermediate school districts, and public school academies that have adopted the Center for Educational Leadership's teacher evaluation system and received framework training from MASSP, we will provide a link to the official posting and assurances document for no charge.

To access and use the link, districts must agree to the terms of use.
