Knowing expertise can’t be given, only developed, the AP Fellowship is designed to support emerging and advancing administrators through mentoring, coaching, and action research to expand leadership capacity toward Principalship and district leadership.
- Foster a connected network of educational leaders who collaborate, learn, and inspire one another, ultimately shaping the future of education in our state. Participants will gain insight into leadership and problem-solving from fellow leaders, their districts, and state leaders as they solve challenging issues facing our field.
