Behaviors are choices, and unlike fixed personality types or colors, the Behavioral Edge focuses on an adaptive, strength-based approach to leadership. Each participant will receive a personalized Behavioral Elements Report ($70 value) that will be used to guide their learning and deepen their understanding around the choices they make. Using the Behavioral Elements framework, participants will explore how to flex their behavior in real time, navigate team dynamics, and lead with greater self-awareness. Whether attending as an individual or small team, this training offers practical tools to support a more connected and effective school culture.
What’s Included?
Every participant receives a personalized Behavioral Elements Assessment Report, included in the cost of registration. This research-based report provides insight into your dominant and secondary behavioral drives, your patterns under stress, and strategies for growth.
