Session #1: New Year, New Challenges

The In-Person session of the New Principal Connect focuses participants’ thinking about priorities for leading learning and managing change. Participants will frame their leadership based on their identities, values and beliefs, and the forces that drive a learning oriented culture, explore leadership stances that build ownership and reduce conflict, and consider how to lever time, people and resources to meet goals and deliver the intended impact.
Who Should Attend?
Building principals, assistant principals and Deans who are in their first 3 years of administration or new to a school building/district
Cost:
Free for Members; $15 for Non-Members
*Must have Professional Level or above membership
