This series will explore the impacts of unwanted student behavior and the practical responses in managing that behavior. The focus of the series will be on the importance of creating a culture where problematic student behavior rarely occurs. Essential features of a productive culture include building supportive relationships, reciprocal respect, clear expectations, and restorative responses. Participants will get guidance on implementing the practices that can shift a culture from one of contention to one that is more cohesive and productive. There will be opportunities to discuss the status of implementation and receive feedback on challenges and successes.
This series is for teachers who manage classrooms and the leaders who support these teachers
