Goal Focused Leadership

Among school-related factors, leadership is second only to teaching in its potential influence on student learning. Instructional leadership is a critical component of school leadership. Mentoring and executive coaching opportunities are designed to support individual leaders and/or teams leadership skill development and practice. The mentor coach works with an individual or team to evaluate current status, set goals, support implementation and progress monitor over time. This experience is customized for each individual/team and their situation.
