MASSP recognizes new Principals (in years 1-3) need more support and the ability to connect and learn with colleagues. The New Principal Connect is a webinar series that will provide new and newish Assistant Principals and Principals the opportunity to focus on key leadership topics to increase their personal effectiveness. To kick off the series MASSP will hold an in-person full day session at our office in Lansing on September 28 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. It is not a requirement to attend in person to participate in future webinars but it will be beneficial to connect personally in an effort to build community within the group.
