Developing leadership skills and capacity requires work, structures of support and mentoring. While many of us have official or unofficial mentors, a coordinated, well-resourced, and supported program of induction and mentorship, a true mentoring and coaching relationship, is transformational!

This is a snapshot of the value that Strengthening Leaders, Impacting Schools, could bring to you or a member of your team. The program will establish mentoring relationships for all administrators and for those who want or need that next level of support, executive coaching.
More than just a mentor or coach, this is about creating a community of learners. This starts with a professional learning network rich in resources and embeds individualized mentoring and, at that next level, in-person executive coaching. This scaffolded support is designed to ensure that you have the resources, community, and personalized support you need to build culture and lead learning in our school.
Pricing:
Emerging and Advancing - $3000
- Includes all the enumerated supports above.
- Monthly coaching/mentoring sessions between the administrator and our experienced coaches.
Emerging+ and Advancing+ - $4000
- Includes all the enumerated supports above.
- Monthly coaching/mentoring sessions between the administrator and our experienced coaches.
- Includes 3-5 additional individual Executive Coaching Sessions per year.
- Includes up to $10,000 in additional legal coverage and $1M in liability coverage from NASSP membership.
