College Board is expanding into the world of CTE with their Career Kickstart program. Career Kickstart Developer, Alexa Schlechter discussed the development of the program and how it provides access and opportunity to high school students. Schools learned about the new pilot Cybersecurity pathway which consists of two courses: Networking Fundamentals and Cybersecurity Fundamentals, with its second pilot year slated for 2025-26 school year. This webinar dove into how the CB Career Kickstart will engage around CTE, provide an opportunity for directors and principals to ask questions of the program and learn more about its application in their learning environment.
