Key 31aa dates for districts
- Subsection 2 – Per-Pupil Allocation Apply By Deadline: Sunday, November 16, 2025 (via GEMS/MARS through MiLogin).
- Fund Disbursement: Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
- Spend By: September 30, 2026 (extension available through September 30, 2027) Must submit an expense report by July 1, 2026, and coordinate with your ISD/RESA.
