These partnerships are developed in direct collaboration with district leaders to address defined priorities, strengthen internal capacity, and align leadership practices to strategic goals.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all professional development, MASSP works alongside districts as a strategic partner to support practical implementation, leadership development, and sustained improvement. Support may include on-site facilitation, leadership team coaching, contracted professional learning, strategic consultation, implementation planning, and multi-session partnerships.
