The 2027 MASSP AP & Dean Summit creates that opportunity.
Grounded in Identity, Agency, and Purpose, this year’s Summit focuses on understanding how our behaviors influence our leadership, recognizing the choices available to us, and becoming more intentional about how we respond to the challenges of our work.
Through an interactive keynote experience, practical breakout sessions, and meaningful collaboration with colleagues from across Michigan, you’ll explore new approaches, strengthen your leadership practice, and develop strategies you can put to work immediately.

Examine your behavioral tendencies, reflect on how they influence your leadership, and recognize the choices available to you in different situations.
Monday Afternoon: Apply Your Learning
Work alongside colleagues to explore complex leadership challenges, share strategies, and practice making more intentional behavioral choices.
Tuesday Morning: Strengthen Your Practice
Extend your learning through practical breakout sessions, connect insights to your own leadership context, and commit to a specific change you can put into action.

Funding Options
Title II, Title VII (Eligible Districts) & Section 31a
MASSP Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made ten (10) business days or more in advance of the training date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after this date, including no-shows, are nonrefundable. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual by contacting the MASSP office at (517) 327-5315.
In the event that MASSP must cancel a training due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, participants will be refunded the cost of registration or may credit the fee toward an upcoming training. MASSP does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
