Bob has been working in state state politics since 2001 when he began his career as a legislative staffer in the Michigan House of Representatives. Prior to coming to MASSP, Bob worked at the Michigan Association of School Administrators and Michigan Department of Human Services. He has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, is the child of two educators, and has been around education politics so long he remembers having a Proposal A yard sign in his lawn as a kid.
Bob lives in East Lansing with his wife Kacie, two children, and cat. In what free time he has, Bob enjoys running, homebrewing, tabletop gaming, and hunting.
