This powerful opening session will bring together leaders from across the state to explore the “why” of school redesign through the lens of Most Likely to Succeed and the “12 Big Questions” that challenge our assumptions about success, equity, agency, and purpose in schools.

  • Explore leadership identity and the stories we tell
  • Discuss the systemic gaps between school and life
  • Build connections with like-minded leaders across Michigan
  • Preview our shared book study: From ReOpen to ReInvent by Michael Horn
