All Michigan Leadership Fellows commit to:
- Participating in quarterly in-person convenings, including designated statewide leadership conferences.
- Engaging in monthly virtual learning sessions and individual Mentor Coach check-ins.
- Completing required professional readings, reflections, and leadership development assignments.
- Developing and presenting a leadership Problem of Practice project focused on expanding post-secondary opportunities for students.
