How do I access my self-assessment report?

You’ll receive a link to complete your Behavioral Flexibility self-assessment prior to the session. After completion, your personalized report will be emailed directly to you. If you need help locating it, contact your session facilitator or support staff.

Can I bring my full leadership team?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage team participation. Attending as a team strengthens shared language, promotes behavioral alignment, and helps embed the practices into your school or district culture. Just be sure to register each participant in advance.

I haven’t taken the assessment yet. Can I still participate?

Absolutely. All participants will complete a short self-assessment before the training and receive their personalized report in advance. We’ll walk through how to use it during the session—no prior experience needed.

Is this just another personality test?

Not at all. Unlike personality tests, the Behavioral Elements focus on behavioral flexibility—your ability to adapt based on context. It’s less about who you are and more about the choices you make and how you lead under pressure.

Can this apply to my work with students?

Yes! Many participants say the biggest takeaway is how the Elements help them better understand, motivate, and respond to student behaviors in the classroom.

Do I need to attend with a team, or can I come alone?

Both work! While teams benefit from shared insights and common language, individuals gain just as much by learning about their own patterns and how to flex within any group or setting.

What should I bring to the training?

Just yourself, your assessment results (emailed prior), and an open mindset. All materials and resources will be provided on site.

Can we customize the training for our district or building goals?

Yes. Trainings are designed to align with your school improvement plans, PLC goals, or district priorities. Just let the MASSP team know during the planning phase.

What happens after the training?

Participants leave with personalized strategies, planning tools, and team-based resources to keep practicing behavioral flexibility. Optional follow-up coaching or implementation support is also available.
