Absolutely. All participants will complete a short self-assessment before the training and receive their personalized report in advance. We’ll walk through how to use it during the session—no prior experience needed.
Not at all. Unlike personality tests, the Behavioral Elements focus on behavioral flexibility—your ability to adapt based on context. It’s less about who you are and more about the choices you make and how you lead under pressure.
