Clinicals

Clinicals are designed to strengthen instructional leadership through real-time observation, evidence collection, and feedback. These sessions provide administrators and teacher leaders the opportunity to apply their district-adopted instructional framework and evaluation tool in authentic classroom settings. Participants conduct live observations, collect and align evidence, and develop noticings and wonderings connected to a teacher’s area of focus to frame post-observation conversations and collaborative analysis. Through this process, participants translate evidence into targeted, strengths-based feedback, building confidence and consistency in observation and feedback practices. Clinicals are designed for principals, assistant principals, teachers, and central office leaders responsible for instructional leadership and evaluation. Delivery is flexible and can be designed for half-day (3 hours), full day (6 hours), or multi-day options.

Cost: $2,100/half day or $3,500/full day (contracted in-district)
